Black ink. White paper.
Everything that matters happens in the tension between them.

The artist

Karen Leiser

Karen works where the contrast is sharpest — black ink on white paper, white light on black film. Her practice is graphic, deliberate and unapologetically bold.

Every piece begins the same way: a loaded brush, a blank field, and the nerve to make the first mark.

The studio

ink communications

ink communications is Karen's studio for bold graphics with a clear message — commissions, collaborations and original work.

If you have a wall, a page, a brand or an idea that needs the weight of creativity, she would like to hear about it.
